About me

I grew up in Yakima WA, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Pacific Northwest and a family connected to the world of medicine and helping others. From an early age, I witnessed how care, presence, and compassion could make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. That experience shaped me and ultimately led me to a career dedicated to supporting people through their most vulnerable and transformative moments.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, their stories, and the inner strength we all carry, sometimes without even realizing it. As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients find support, encouragement, and the skills to build resilience. I believe healing happens not just through insight, but through connection, authenticity, and having a safe place to explore what you’re going through.

Today, my practice is grounded in the values I learned growing up: show up with care, listen deeply, and walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward greater clarity and emotional well-being.
