About me
I grew up in Yakima with my family connected to the world of medicine and helping others. From an early age, I witnessed how care, presence, and compassion could make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. That experience shaped me and ultimately led me to a career dedicated to supporting people through their most vulnerable and transformative moments.
As I began my career as a therapist, I also entered one of the most transformative seasons of my life, fatherhood. While becoming a dad brought immense joy and purpose, it also came with challenges I never fully anticipated. Navigating health concerns with my son, family conflict, anxiety, anger, stress, and the pressures of supporting my wife while caring for my children often left me feeling overwhelmed and isolated.
Through these experiences, I realized that many fathers silently carry the weight of their struggles while trying to be the steady foundation for everyone around them. The emotional challenges of fatherhood are often overlooked, leaving many men feeling alone as they navigate major life transitions.
My personal journey deepened my passion for helping fathers. Today, I provide a space where dads can openly discuss the challenges they face, develop practical tools for managing stress and emotions, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with the kind of father, partner, and person they want to be. Fatherhood is both rewarding and demanding, and you don't have to navigate it alone. If this resonates with you, I’d love to talk. Schedule a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
