My Approach:

My work is collaborative, relational, and grounded in evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions are focused on helping you gain practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and meaningful change that supports your values, mental health and relationships.

I understand that many men may feel hesitant about therapy or unsure where to start. My goal is to create a space to better understand what is happening, develop healthier patterns, improve communication, and build a stronger connection with yourself, your partner, and your family.
